A Lifetime of Service

Fred is a life-long conservative. In the past few years, he has become a Republican activist, including becoming the precinct chair of 3032 for his precinct, Senate District 26 State Republican committee man, was the Chairman of Senate District 26 Convention through Dec 2018. Has Worked on events for the Bexar County Republican Party, phone banking and block walking for several campaigns. Fred previously ran for San Antonio Council twice and has managed campaigns, including handling fundraising activities and candidate support systems for Judicial Candidates, State Representatives, Lt Governor Dan Patrick and Governor Abbott.

Experience.

He is the managing partner of Adco Master Builders and has been involved in the construction for Northeast ISD as well as Northside ISD.

He also owns an architectural design business since receiving his education in Design of the Environment (Architecture) in Faculty of Arts & Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. His community involvement is too extensive to list, but includes serving on several boards, committees and commissions, church boards and as former director and President of his Home owner Association. He has been a Club director and officer since January 2014 (except for a few months in 2015 to run for Council District 7). He was recently elected President of the Republican Club of Bexar County.

Education.

Fred graduated from Edgewood ISD and his daughter attended Northside ISD, 2 of the 3 Districts in House district 125. Fred and his wife of 44 years have been lifelong residents of a district that represents one of the poorest to one of the largest ISDs in the State.

From this perspective Fred uniquely understands the impact of funding public education unfairly and inefficiently while responding to the challenge of reforming an antiquated property tax system.
